Muslim estates are distributed according to Syariah law. If there is no surviving family member (Faraid heirs), the asset will go to Baitulmal (Islamic financial institution).

PETALING JAYA: Bank Negara Malaysia has resumed monetary tightening after raising the overnight policy rate (OPR) by 25 basis points (bps) to 3% following its Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) meeting today.
